We took a trip to Callaway gardens with Jessica and Hank, Chase and Nolan and some other friends this year to see the spectacular (biggest in the nation!) Fantasy of Lights! It was really good and the kids had a blast!

On the trolley looking at all the lights
Trent wasn't so sure about the gingerbread man!
Camryn's favorite part...getting a candy cane from Santa!

Cutting down the perect tree!

It took us quite some time to find the PERFECT tree this year. Trent liked every one we looked at, but Steve was a little bit pickier. We found it December first so I'm not sure it looks quite as lush anymore, but I had to post these pictures before Christmas.

Trent pretending to cut it all by himself!
With a little help from Dad!
Still a spectator sport for Camryn!!
I did get down there and try to make a little cut, but our saw was soooo dull and I have no man power!!

This was VERY unsafe and I was nervous the whole time he was trying to get the star on top!!!

Happy Birthday Trent!!!

Unfortunately I cannot edit the date on the post to December 3 when Trent really did turn three, but atleast I took pictures on the actual day! Trent turned 3, which is quite amazing...and all he wanted was a "A-Go ooter!", translated that is a Diego scooter. So Saturday I left Trent with Steve and went to go buy it from Wal-Mart after seeing it there the week before. I was so disappointed to find that they were sold out. I was feeling down knowing that I had failed my 3 year old and he would no longer be having his "scooter birthday party" as he frequently referred to it...Luckily Monday morning they had one on the shelf! The only problem now was getting it into the cart and home without him seeing it since he was with me. I managed to succeed and he was so excited that night when he opened it!
Trent we love you and wish you a Happy Belated Birthday on the blog!

Trent LOVING that everyone is finally singing to him after all the birthdays he has been to this year!
Trent blowing the whole house down! He takes his candle blowing very seriously!
Opening the gifts...sorry Trent you will probably never have a brithday picture without the Christmas tree in the background!!!
Already trying out the scooter...no Mom it had not been outside yet!!!
Camryn enjoying all the fun and attention!

Trent Feeding Camryn!

Trent was so proud of feeding Camryn! I was making dinner and Camryn was screaming for her food so I thought, "I bet Trent would feed her better than I can!" He put on her bib and everything. I had to take a break from making dinner to video it just in case he never wants to do it again! I must say he is a pretty good BIG brother!

We had a bonfire at our house with my sister's family the other night. Steve needed to burn the trees he had cut down earlier from the trail he is making for Trent through our mini forest!!!

This is a fuzzy picture of our high school rival football game on Friday night. There are about 8,000 people from our little town that show up. So many people that the bleachers do not even fit them and they have to sit on the grass. The high school team we like WON!!! It was down to the last 39 seconds and a GREAT game! Go GRANGERS!!!

Happy Birthday!

I couldn't get a hold of my friend Meghan today so I thought I would post a picture of her and her twin sister Elizabeth to tell them both Happy Birthday! I hope you both had a great day and enjoyed atleast an afternoon nap! Wish we lived closer!

Halloween Fun!!!

I have taken a lot of pictures the past couple of days and not been good about posting them so here goes a week of a lot of activites!
We started our our Halloween fun by going downtown on Saturday afternoon to the annual Chili-cook-off/Trick-or-Treating! Trent was so proud of his Power Ranger Muscles and Camryn was a trooper in her stroller!

The other night we went to some friends house for dinner and then we carved pumpkins. The adults did most of the carving, but the kids enjoyed the masterpieces!!!

On the actual Halloween Day (so many halloween events got Trent confused as to when Halloween really was!) my sister and I took the kids to the Callaway Mansion where the Callaway grandchildren were handing out Halloween Candy.

We finished the night off with some good old Trick-or-Treating in our friend neighborhood! Trent got WAY more candy then he needed!

Pumpkin Patch 2007

My sister and I took the kids to "Uncle Bob's" this year to explore! This was the best picture I got with my camera of my two little munchkins! It was quite the adventure, but the kids loved it.

Trent, Chase and Nolan in awe of the pig. Yes, Chase has Jessica's camera and is snapping a million pictures!

Camryn is not going to be shy or scared of ANYTHING!!!

Trent and Chase listening to story time.

5 months and more hair than my Daddy!

We broke out the fall clothes the other day even though it is still in the 70s here, but I couldn't resist taking a bunch of pictures of our pantene little girl! Her hair just might be her best feature and we can't go anywhere without somebody mentioning it. I thought that a daughter with hair was going to drive me nuts since I can't even get my hair done everyday, but we love her hair and even love experimenting different styles with it...this is our favorite right now. I did manage to get it into 2 full pigtails the other night.

Talledega!

Last weekend, Steve took Trent to Talledega to see a race. They had been once before to Talledega before Camryn was born and Trent loved it so much they went back for a truck race. Trent had so much fun again and couldn't stop talking about how they said "Fire 'em up!"

Trent was sooooooooo excited!

193 MPH....

WWWWWWWOOOOOOOOOWWWWWWW!!!

So here is the video of Camryn eating! She's crazy...I took her to the doctor today and despite Steve's worrying for her being not as chunky as most 4 month old children, she is in the 90th percentile for weight...but she is also off the charts for height...go figure! No wonder why she is hungry all the time, she can't keep up with her body stretching!

I want MORE!!!

All along I have planned on waiting until Camryn is 6 months to start her on cereal...but after too many nights of drooling at the dinner table, I gave in. She loves food and has been taking a sippy cup for the last couple of weeks...way early than Trent ever did. She drinks frequently from our glasses too...especially if it is a red cup. She has an obsession with red! She will try to eat anything you put in front of her. I guess most babies do though. I will download the video later...I just wanted to get these pictures up.

Both flower and ring bearer exhausted from a long day of hard work! Sorry so many pictures, but we were so proud of our little boy. I am sure Krissy will appreciate how many pictures there are to look at!
